Why is my account disabled?
Your account may be disabled if it's in auto-debit system. If a credit card transaction is declined, your account will temporarily be disabled until the balance is settled. An account will fall under the following status depending on how many days the unpaid balance is due.

Suspended Until Paid - Account balance is unsettled after 2 days from the due date. This means that you may still log in to your control panel only to pay the balance.

Closed Until Paid - Account balance is unsettled after 7 days from the due date. This means that your voicemail and logging capabilities are disabled. You may contact Quickvoicemail to reactivate your account.

Closed - Account balance is unsettled after 13 days from the due date. This means that your voicemail and logging capabilities are disabled. You may contact Quickvoicemail to reactivate your account. A reactivation fee of $10 will be charged to your account on top of the unpaid balance.

NOTE: A transaction fee of $2 will be charged to your account for every declined charge. The criteria for declined charges are set by the bank that issued your credit card. Quickvoicemail has no control over this and is not obliged to give the reasons for the declined charges. The system automatically sends an email to the email address on file every time an account is disabled and every time a credit card is declined or expired.
